I have a BX25D with 366 hours on it. I find that shifting out of four-wheel drive to be very hard. I've tried lowering and raising the idle speed. I've tried tapping the drive pedal both forward and reverse. I've tried putting in in neutral. It will finally come out of four-wheel drive, but I really have to pull hard on the lever and I can't seem to figure out if all the different things make any difference. The last time, I shut the tractor off and then took it out of four-wheel drive. That was a little easier but still had to pull hard on the level.
