These are the magnets i used. Very powerful! I have not had one light move or fall off the ROPS!

Your set up seems to be very similar to what I had in mind, just curious where you found the wiring harness and how it wired up, as I'm illiterate when it comes to electric and I am trying to take out as much user error as possible on that front.
Basic electrical info and how to do "the math" to figure your electrical demands can be found here

Dont hit the tree limb`s...lol.
I`ve never knocked any of my lights off in over 50yrs on anything.
Would i call it Good Luck? Nahhh, just be careful to not to be stupid.

It dosent matter what you do, whether hard mounted, or by magnet, anything can happen.
But at least magnetically mounted, nothing gets damaged. I have them safety wired. Aint going nowhere.

I used these in the factory headlight housings. Much brighter light and their LED placement retains the correct pattern.

Have a RTV500, BX1870-1, BX23s. I used the CIIHON LED fog bulbs #881 in all three. Brighter light and replacement. Also #' 889 and 862 are the same bulb I think. And yes, Made in China off Amazon.

Still doesn't matter what kind of headlights a BX23S has, the loader w/wo bucket BLOCKS the headlights.......

This is true, however should you remove the FEL, better lighting. The whole issue and question posted was what bulb/s to use if changing to LED lights.

yes, but he'd be far better off putting the LEDs on the cab he has. Far better lighting with and without loader frame, for same if not cheaper than LED headlights.

Waking a sleeping topic.

🤔It's apparent the FEL is prone to blocking the light.

💤What gets me, is why someone hasn't gotten creative and found a way to resolve it.💤

I apologize if I come over as being a smarty pants, although in a way I am. I have a background in 3D Modeling, design, blueprints, graphics yadda yadda. I've been kicking around the idea of creating a true-to-scale model of my BX23S, which in the 18/23 series is the most feature rich. The others (SCUTs) would be offspring.

The model would allow me to create (and test) my ideas as prototypes in a virtual realty.

I'm not quite there in my head, if this is something I want to persue, but I do have ideas which I feel would go over well.

At this point in time I'm just mumbling.

Just cut big holes in the bucket so the light can shine through! Yeah kidding.
You are going to build a true to scale model of your BX23S? THIS I GOTTA SEE! You have the tractor just do mock ups on the real thing! I cant wait to see how much stuff you have hanging off that BX in years to come!
Getting the popcorn! Hehehe!
