I’d give it a shot by starting over with the removal process. The tires should just have the load off them. The FEL support should not be on the ground at this point (which I can see it is not), unless you want to bend it. Have you been beating the pin in, in the past? It looks pretty shinny on the end. You might have to “press” it out with an improvised puller. Although if I had to go that route, once the small pin (handle) can be pulled up, I’d probably use that to pry the pin out, rather than push it out. After getting the FEL off, I would make sure everything slides smoothly with this pin. If not make it so. File, lube, replace, one of those should do it.
