I see you have the BFH ready - will the bolt twist at all?

have you tried to "bounce" the bucket a bit? Just a little movement is needed.

I large pair of locking pliers with a rubber covering - lock and twist?

Agree on the bucket position remark above. It’s a very fine line between slack on the pin and not…. Unless the pin is corroded in place, it should slide right out once you have the position perfect.
Slide pin out and lightly adjust the loader hydraulically to lift the arms out of their support locations. Disconnect lines, back out and you’re done!

I’d give it a shot by starting over with the removal process. The tires should just have the load off them. The FEL support should not be on the ground at this point (which I can see it is not), unless you want to bend it. Have you been beating the pin in, in the past? It looks pretty shinny on the end. You might have to “press” it out with an improvised puller. Although if I had to go that route, once the small pin (handle) can be pulled up, I’d probably use that to pry the pin out, rather than push it out. After getting the FEL off, I would make sure everything slides smoothly with this pin. If not make it so. File, lube, replace, one of those should do it.

On my 2610 the right side pin is a bit harder to get in and out but never needed hand tools or hammer to get it out. I have the the bucket flat and just need to play with the the hydraulics until I find the sweet spot where it's loose.
