The relief is open when you dead head the boom. Thats the foundational basis of the test.
Your loader valve was available as 3 or 4 position and with or without regenerative dump. What position did you test and was it a regenerative position?
The help you got in posts #6 and #8 would have saved you needlessly tearing the priority valve apart. It was helpful - you just ignored it.
What I am trying to politely tell you now is the chances you have 1300 PSI on bucket spool and 2000 PSI on boom spool is damn near zero. I also told you the relief is not causiing lower pressure on bucket spool and why.
Something is probably wrong with your bucket pressure test just like the flow test you did in #5.
