That coupler is very easy to check, put the tractor in 2-wheel drive, range lever in either Hi or Low, and brake off. Jack up either of the rear tires leaving the other touching the ground and try to turn the tire in either direction by hand. If the coupler is missing the tire will spin without much effort. If the coupler is engaged, you will have to work pretty hard to turn it.

The machine is capable but slow

There is a moderate hydraulic leak from the front steering area, not gonna run it and keep adding hydraulic fluid

I'll take it apart tomorrow to see if its fixable, but I'm not seeing seals for K2511-16500 being available but maybe I havent looked hard enough

Been also making progess on the l295 project

edit: but so far I did level some land, move rocks around, the bucket is the best feature about it, moves amazingly, but wheels move slow

There is 0 difference between lo and hi gear that i am noticing

Its actually very fuel efficient, one gallon runs it for many hours
