Not in the area but will offer that tractor is gear drive (not HST), finish mower is three point mounted (not MMM) plow is old Ford without coulters, rotary cutter and rear blade probably IMT. Nothing appears to have been cared for properly.

I'm fine with gear drive rather than HST, if I don't know the HST has been properly cared for.
I did somehow miss that the finish mower is not MMM, but I guess it would work for what I need.
Other than the blade, the rest of the stuff will go up for sale or get scrapped.
I guess I saw an L with 600 hours, a mower, and a loader in my price range and thought it was a decent option. Haven't seen many out there.

that being said have you reached out Greene and Sunday Mt Sterling (my guess is they are SW of you about 1 hr or less…they usually have a pretty decent inventory …right at I71 and OH56). (I’ve bought 3 from them and they have always treated me right and had best price around). Personally I would give them a call and tell them what looking for. If you need a contact send me a PM and I will share who I deal with there and their contact number.).

Thanks for the offer, understood about the weather for sure. We got another 4" of snow yesterday morning and there was a 20 car pileup on 75, I was out and it was sketchy for sure. It's been quite a winter, they said we usually have 9.5" of snow by now and we actually have 34.5", probably the same up your way.
