Check out jufabworks.com. I have their workmaster plate which bolts onto the bucket and provides two chain hooks, a 2" receiver, and two "grab" handles and the plate serves to reinforce the top edge of the bucket.

I will toss my vote in for Ken's Bolt-on Hooks. Have had them on on my bucket for a few years now and they have worked great. Easy to install with a good drill and step bit. I think it took me longer to gather my stuff than it did to actually install the hooks.
My BIL has Ken's bolt-on hooks. Unless you're a competent DIY'er, it the way to go. Very high quality.
Yeah, ours sure aren't $30 a pair, and I'm PROUD of that!
