No you can’t add the Kubota backhoe to it.

OK, I don't have speakers on my PC, so why does Mesicks say 'no' to the backhoe? I'm unde rhte impression the BX2380 and 23s are 'sisters' so BH should go on...

Apparently the subframe for the backhoe is welded/integrated into the frame of the 23s.

I don’t have one or ever seen one, just recall previous conversations about them.

The frame for the hoe is not a bolt on kit like you can buy for other models. It's welded on by Kubota.

The Messicks video does a good job explaining. The BX23s backhoe pins into the frame which has subtle variations from a standard BX frame, most importantly the subframe for the backhoe. The BX23S backhoe can be removed in about 3 minutes but does not match up to any other BX in at least recent years models.

hmm, welded on subframe. Sounds like it'd be near impossible to get the subframe sections and weld them on yourself. Though you could get a CNC guy to make them. probably cost more than upgrading tractors though !

I had watched a number of videos about the subframe issue in general and why not to use a 3pt backhoe on a subcompact. Has anyone looked in to non-Kubota backhoes with the bolt on subframe attachment that could fit the BX Kubotas?
