I have a B8200 HST that appears to have hydro problems. The tractor will move in low range both forward and reverse, but . when in high range & you attempr to speed up or go up an incline, it stops.
is there a service video or manual on line I can follow on servicing the hydr system?
I just bought the tractor & I hope I haven’t gotten taken.

The HST is a completely separate Hydraulic pressure system than Loader and three point.
They are completely different pumps.

You could have a bad Mechanical clutch, that will cause it to loose power to the HST Pump.

If you can put a tiller or cutter on it and put it under load see if it works normal or if it stalls out. That'll help determine whether its the clutch or hydrostat issue

This in itself is not that unusual and not necessarily an issue.
Could still be a mechanical clutch issue.
Very unlikely a HST issue, as that would present in low and in high.
One other option is your are pushing it too hard, try doing it again this time when it slows down, ease off the HST pedal and see if speed increases, you would be surprised how many times this advice works.

How steep of an incline?

And are you pulling anything?

The reason I ask, is that recently I was making a "sledding hill" for my grandkids and I wanted to get it a little higher; So I began climbing the 'hill" (small bump really) with a full bucket of snow and I stalled it.

Too steep of an incline combined with a full bucket = Fail.

Just an observation.

Tried yesterday and it would not climb a low incline in forward or reverse.
since is new to me , where are the strainer screens located? I will be draining hyd fluids as well. Where are the drain plugs located. Yeah don’t know anything about the HST. Aany help here is welcomed. Also, like what lever does what?

Me thinks a workshop manual is in your near future!
