I have replaced the O-ring on the piston. It drops in a matter of minutes. No visible leaks.
You really got to give us more to work with in order for us to help you out.
Which B7100 is it?
How did the cylinder walls look?
Does it pick weight?
Did you just replace the O-ring or did you do the backer ring?
How did the piston look?

Every detail is important or helpful.

Does your B7100 have a valve handle with an arrow embossed on it under the front of the seat? If so, that diverter valve serves to isolate the 3ph cylinder from the spool valve and the relief valve when using an accessory instead of the 3ph.

if you turn it so the arrow is pointing to the right side of the tractor while the 3ph is raised, does the 3ph still fall? If so then that points to the lift cylinder. If not, then the problem may be in the spool valve or relief valve.

Solved the problem. The 0-ring was undersized. New O-ring solved the problem. Thank you.
