Yes, the external block size is the same and mounts are all the same along with flywheel mount.
You just might run into a slight twist.
1/2 of the b6200's were a thermosiphon system, and the other 1/2 were a water pump and thermostat system.
Both will work but if you have a choice you want the Water pump version.
I can tell you how to alter the radiator very easily to fit the water pump or you might be able to use the B6200 radiator.

That would depend on the loader, some did cross over.

Looks like the B7100 is a 4wd where the b6200 is a 2wd.
4wd's make much better loader tractors.

Hello, mind sharing how to modify rad as mentioned above. I purchased a b7100 with the d850 already installed and not running. The lower hose was kinked badly. Currently, I installed a reinforced hose and made a loop. Not ideal, but it works. The real solution would be nice.

I know how to solder copper and radiators:
So I cut this pipe at the green which is 1" so that it cleared the pulley and left enough to attach a hose to it.
Then cut the Yellow down to about 1/2" long and used a copper pipe reducer to get from the larger 1 1/4 to 1", fitting in the yellow side making it come straight out from the radiator.
I also did the same at the top which cleaned it up.
Then I got a 1" hoses with a sharp 90 for both

Thats a b219 loader. It will not directly bolt on a b6200. Subframe is one piece and would have to be extended for the longer frame of the 6200 and the front pto pump setup may have to be modified a little
