Well I tried working several times with stock lights during the later evening, it isn't fun.
I ordered some 4" round LEDs for $25.00 for a pair off of Amazon. I looked for installs on the forums but I didn't want to modify the hood or have exposed hardware.
Here's what I came up with

I only had to bend one tab on each side to mount to the LED light. I then use 3/4 utility strapping and a long screw left over for a TV wall mount kit that was exactly the right length and size. Threw in a 2 pin Deutz connector and clamp.

Now I have a set of lights that I will donate to a B series rebuild somewhere.

Many older B series Kubota's used alternating current for lighting. A few others found that their new LED's would not work. I have not studied the wiring diagram for your tractor.

Kubota did this to get the maximum efficiency from a small dynamo as rectifying the dynamo output to direct current effectively threw away have the output. They only rectified enough to charge the battery.

If you have a multimeter, measure the output voltage of the existing lighting circuit.

If indeed you have AC, then we can think about a work arouund. Don't leave your new lights on if they are not working perfectly.... perhaps pulsing if on at all.
