I bought a tractor for the engine, it had the reverser on it and a finish mower. I won’t used it. I have other tractors to bush hog with. My B6000 is just a toy to piddle with and I’ve had it 20 years or so.

Is it a 4wd tractor? Would you be willing to part with the pro shaft as well? Mine is an 18 spline.

wish I had found you a few months ago, I just spent a fortune completely rebuilding the transmission. Unfortunately I don’t think the pto shaft will work in a 4wd unit, but out of curiosity, what do you want for the reverser and shaft?

I think your a little confused, there is no difference in the Tractors PTO shaft for a 2wd to a 4wd.
His PTO spline is an 18 spine out of the tractor into the gearbox and 540 standard 10 spline out of the reverse gearbox.

There is a difference between the 2wd and 4wd shafts, take a look at the transmission parts diagram. I have a gray model that came with an attached tiller, not 3pt, and has an 18 spline output to match the tiller. Us models had 3pt attachments and a 10 spline output.
