There should be a connection to ground on the W/B wire when the AC switch is toggled on. If not it will not engage the clutch. I would recommend checking continuity between each point in that circuit.
If you ground the W/B wire does the clutch engage?

Yes it does. I'm pretty sure the climate control servomotor and the fresh air reciculate is not operating either. Control for mode ( defrost, defrost and dash, or dash vent does operate.

But yes the way I understand the schematic, the white/ black stripe should be grounded from black/yellow stripe through the controller. I dont get it

If you don't have ground on the W/B wire but do on the B/Y wire when the AC switch is turned on then you have an issue in the controller. The fact that the AC switch LED does not illuminate tends to indicate this. You are toggling the AC switch on and off while checking correct? Have you induced or connected a ground to the W/B wire and checked if the clutch engages?
