With the drag link disconnected, center the steering wheel by checking to make sure you have equal number of turns and turn fractions in both directions. Then, with the steered wheels going straight, reattach the drag link after adjusting it's length to fit the joints.

Do I just eyeball the right tire to see if it is straight?
Probably for a tractor that'd be sufficient... measure off whichever side the draglink connects to. Mine is on the left side facing frontward.

I did the following on a different machine but I don't really know if I gained anything or just wasted time:

Stretch a rope or string out, a foot off the ground. Just touching both the front and back of the outside sidewall of one of the rear tires. That lays a "straight" line parallel to the rear wheel. Then you can measure off of it to both the front (a) and back (b) of the outside sidewall front tire until both measurements (a) and (b) are the same.
