Excellent, thanks! I am going to take another look under the FEL post (aka the reservoir) to see if there is a drain plug under there and will definitely remove and clean filter - I have about 6 high pressure hoses to replace (split, webbing underneath rubber showing) and will replace low pressure hose at the same time as mine are pretty hard and aged
Unfortunately unless someone drilled a hole underneath there isn't a drain hole. Good luck with the hoses. I had to do all 10 hoses on my b7100 loader and repair all 4 hard lines. Wasn't cheap but should last me many years

Thanks, you never know, might get lucky on a drain. Question: when I remove the lines, replace and refill, reservoir, do these systems tend to autobleed on their own or is there a bleed procedure? Thanks Mountainman!

Yes they will auto bleed. Just articulate boom and bucket a few times and you should be good to go. Also when you drain raise boom all the way up with bucket tilted back. Once you start to drain tilt the bucket forward all the way ( may have to grab it and force it then lower boom. I usually put something on the ground to help tilt the bucket back as the boom lowers) that way you'll get just about all the fluid out. But if your doing new hoses at the same time then it'd be better to just pull the pins on each cylinder and move them in a nd out a few times.

Thanks! Pulled filter - yikes! Do I use teflon tape on hose fittings? My bucket was missing its pins, picked up some "L" style pins and clips from TSC, there is a fair amount of play in the bushings and pins, how much clearance is acceptable with the pins and bushings- I can rock my pins up and down and side to side a few degrees unloaded in bushings

Yes you can use Teflon tape. Just make sure it's only on threads so none can get inside the system. I don't recall my loader having bushings at the pins but I could be wrong. Mine didn't even have grease zerts. Ideally you want minimal to no play but the age of the machine your gonna have a little. Probably need to find the correct pins at some point.
