I just acquired a 90s models L2500, drug it to the house drained all fluids and got her running. 215 hours. The o my problem I have found so far is that the 3 point has no lift, no front loader so I don’t know if it’s a pump issue. I have drained hydro fluid cleaned the screen and replaced fluid. Hoping it would come to life but still nothing. Power steering works fine. Can hear fluid moving when I move control to lower position but nothing when I move it to raised position. If i lift it with jack and close the 3 point speed control knob it will not hold my finish mower up. Can someone point me in a direction?

Several possibilities and none are "easy".
Position control valve stuck/sticking. Pump weak. Leak in the cylinder/piston. Position control lever turning on it's shaft (sheared pin). Feedback link missing/broken/off/bent/out of adjustment. There's more but it'll give you half an idea...

Well good news, since I could hear fluid trying to move I decided to idle it up and just work the valve back and forth. That did it. 3 point is working fine and holding a load. Looks like the valve was just needing to be exercised and probably was plugged up. I’m gonna run it for 25 hrs and change the hydro fluid again as well as screen cleaning.

I think that is your problem! neither the engine oil nor the hydro fluid work as well when it is upside down.
