I was convinced a 25hp would be adequate for a property I recently sold. Had to maintain about what it sounds like you will have and yes the 25hp got the job done but I would NEVER go with a 25hp again strictly due to mowing. You want to be able to pull atleast a 60" mower with EASE in MEDIUM GEAR on hilly terrain. The 25hp will struggle pulling a 60" mower up slopes. Adds a lot of time to the task at least it did for me when you have to start dropping down to low gear to mow hills. Get the bigger tractor!!!

I have an LX2610 on 24 acres and another 8 acres. Runs a 60" rotary cutter no problem. I'm at 4300 feet. The reasons I'd look at the 3520 if I was buying one now is - wider front axle, wider loader arms, auto throttle is nice, bigger frame, led headlights, and quieter transmission. Also, on the LX2620 or LX3520 get the bigger wheels 25x8.5 front and 15-19.5 rear definitely worth it. Was a 500 dollar upgrade when I ordered my LX2610.
