Since I store many of my implements on pallets on uneven ground I use Pat's with my tilt function to mount. Life is good. No more horsing a 600lb blade that last little bit.
Between the top n tilt, Pat's and Euro style top ball I don't mind getting old so much :)

I have the QH05 on my bx. its amazing, and it will only be better once i get my hydraulic top link one day. I love not having to get on and off the machine to put the box blade on or off. the machine is compact enough that i can reach the handles without leaving the seat!! it works on everything i have with the exception of my unknown age rear mower. i did modify my trailer hiths adapter however i find i rarely use it because i have one i can put on my FEL so i generally use that one and then have the blower, BB, or BH on as my rear weight.

for the pin adapters, i agree with whomever posted about bushings and pins. i spent a couple buckas on pins and bushings for the tops and i jjust leave the pins in there for the hook. The lower hooks all fit with the LP OEM supplied pins

I just took the RB off that requires the U adaptor on the top link and put the box blade on. Went on easy with top link fully retracted and U adaptor in place, but I'll need to switch to the top hook to fully use the BB.

Haven't looked at the bottom pins yet. Might want to slip the Cat 1/2 and Cat 2/3 bushings over the bottom pins to eliminate to/fro slippage.

The RB needs one of those near $40 bottom pin covers, but is only used for snow work and not much. Hardly worth the expense.

The heavy (518 #) BB could have been a beast to get the bottom lift arms lined up with the pins. With QH, no problem.

Do you have the second set of holes on the LP blade? If so drop your hook and drop the pin into the bottom hole. You should be ok with some adjusting. Looks like either way you'll have to manually move or unhook something when changing implements. Its still a heck of a lot better than not having the QH. I have to move my hook between my rear blade and my box blade. I have the HF QH and the extended top hook. OR you can purchase that part but you may have to take the hook off anyways.. might be in the way.

Also forgot to mention that someone else on here cut the metal out of the LP top of rear blade implement where he could use the upper holes. This area \/

Once you get the hook you can get it figured out.. one way or another hopefully without having to change anything.
