You have anything ON the 3 point? Or is it in the air by itself?
Does that tractor have the down pressure adjusting valve?
Stand on the arms and hit the lever - (might be a challenge to do) and see if it will go down.
You have "new" fluid in the hydraulics? Last filter change?
Does the FEL work? - maybe you do not have one installed.

Cyl only have high pres, hose on the bottom / have a blade on hitch used it 2 or 3 weeks ago / have 6ft pipe extended on blade "O" movement / hyd loader works fine / have had heater on tarp over 1 hr "O" Movement
There should be a knob, between your legs as you sit in the seat that will adjust the flow of fluid leaving the cylinder, therefore adjusting drop speed. Loosen it up
Shut off valve right down in front of seat ""DA"" ME /Thanks for the response / Nice site / used yesterdays tractor form many times & still will have to TO 20
spin that knob once in a while to help preventing it from seizing up. Every time I run my grease gun on my little BX I adjust it open. Close it. Then Count back to where I have it set.
