First time using the 3-point hitch tonight on the BX25. I finished installing the lift arms all joyful and triumphant as I needed them move a boat.
That I had stuck.
After scratching it.
After scratching the wife’s new car.
After scratching my new truck.
After fixing a stripped out axel shaft on a utility trailer. (fear not, I “saved money doing it myself”.)
And somewhere in there, I found time to smacked the holy living crap out my head on the ROPS too.
( I will spare you fine folks the fact that today was absolutely horrendous at the office as well.)
Anyway, to complete this wonder day, I have a 3-point hitch that will not go down for some reason. Try as I might, with lever down and standing on it, It does nothing.
In light of recent events, I certainly hope that this is not an easy fix. I’m hoping I have to take the entire tractor apart and buy a bunch of expensive parts to fix it. I would be happy and gay as a tree full of singing parrots if that were the case.
Any advice?
