If you start getting odd codes, coupled with codes for communication errors with the ecm, check the battery, cables, and charging system. As the voltage starts dropping, sensors start falling off the grid and spitting out a code.
I get that quite frequently with some of my tier 4 engines (not kubota). Techs are still learning the tech and often overlook some of the more obvious stuff. One of my first questions to them is if the alternator is working. Usually the answer is no, it does need a new alternator. What does that have to do with the codes

But unfortunately some codes when they pop need to be reset by the dealers lap top in order for the unit to operate correctly.
Being that it's a Saturday, I would call the dealer, talk to the service department and ask them what the codes are for. They should be able to look the list up and give you a basic idea of what's going on. Then you can make an informed decision as to what your next step should be
