Blowing on the inside of the primary element with 30 psi, according to the manual, does not sound effective. What do you do?
At 3:34.....that's when the dust gets cleaned!For previous tractors, my method has been more like shown here:

The initial gentile blast of air with cover off, but filter still secured in place, gets rid of a good cloud of dust. Seems to pose little risk of forcing dust through, or damaging filter??
I use compressed air from the inside , then outside then inside again.Blowing on the inside of the primary element with 30 psi, according to the manual, does not sound effective. What do you do?
