My 1120 with the d1105 has kinda been a pain in my arse since I got it. When it runs good it’s great but right now it won’t start . I’ve changed the fuel filter with no luck. The only other thing I can think of is the small fuel lines could be plugged ? Lifter pump? Anyone else have this issue with this unit or motor ? Tips? Thanks

Have you checked the air intake and the air filter? Are your glow plugs getting power? Are they functional?

My machine has 700 hours . I’d have to check the wsm for service interval , but I did check my injectors at 500 hrs and they seemed ok.

Disconnect the fuel line from the tank to the pump and check for good fuel flow. With a machine that new, I would suspect trash in the bottom of the tank. It might have just gotten to the point that the blockage is sufficient to stop fuel flow.

Thank you. I’m hoping this helps

Have you verified the glow plugs are working properly?
