    Mine doesn't boil at all even at 109 outside.. I think you need flush the system and maybe replace the radiator.. The caps are cheap.. Replace it...

    B6100 Dynamo Removing

    Well it’s all done… I took my new 10mm ratcheting ring spanner and super glued the nut into it… I took a little screw driver to push against it, this gave me one click at a time… In about two minutes I was done… I wiggled the ring spanner around and it popped off. Thanks everyone for all the help…

    Oz Chris, It’s very difficult to tell exactly where that nut is with everything around it…. This is only a guess… 13”1/2 - 13"3/4 from the beginnig of the frame - down 1”1/2 to 1”3/4….

    btackett, Do do have an set of ratcheting ring spanners... But they are the first ones out... Very large around the ratcheting ring... Sounds like I need new ones... Thanks for the heads up....

    Have a 1978 B6100 and trying to remove the Dynamo. I’m going to repair it but can’t seem to get the last nut underneath off… Can’t even get the 10mm on the nut… I must be missing something, it looks like you must remove the front cover on the engine to get to it… Anyone have any suggestion?
