I built a boxblade of dubious quality

Dumbbells are too pricey for me. Hence I use brake rotors or drums. 😂 I might just weld a piece of leftover pipe onto it for that though, once I have the shop cleared out again in a week or so, it would only take a few minutes.

I built a boxblade of dubious quality

Yeah, I'd rather use up some of the junk that's lying around instead of buying more, it's more rewarding and helps clean the place up. It actually does a decent job of smoothing things out too. Probably wouldn't cut it if things were too bumpy to start with, but for just maintaining a driveway...

I built a boxblade of dubious quality

I needed to pull the weeds in my driveway and decided it would be faster to just build a blade to drag them to death with. The main requirement was that I not purchase anything except the pins and a new top link (needed a new one for my snowblower, so I could justify it). Luckily I had a piece...

2" reciever on top of bucket

Use a drop hitch? I thought about it, because it's really hard to tell where the ball is if it's bolted to the bottom of the bucket, but I have the same conundrum that I don't think it would actually fit. Also, there's a hook welded in the middle of my bucket already. I guess I could weld the...

    The dreaded post hole auger

I put new seals in this thing and went back to augering holes. I did try to clean the bore up with some 400 grit and sandpaper, but ahh, it probably needs to be bored/sleeved/chromed or whatever is the appropriate repair to last. It didn't statically bypass with the basic hand cleanup and...

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

I trench around them in a big circle, you kinda eyeball how far away from the trunk but that big one was about 40" across I think, and I just make it a straight trench about 8" deep. I cut off any roots that go through that trench, most of them won't be related to the tree you're moving. I...

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

I had some trees in the back yard that decided to grow in the wrong place. I figured I'd try moving them rather than just butchering them. I have about an 80% success rate doing this, so I'm hoping they all make it. The one was big enough I needed my little orange friend to move it.

That's a lot more money.

    The dreaded post hole auger

I do think this should work, I just need to fix my tractor

    The dreaded post hole auger

I'm too stubborn to hire people. That said, if I had thought this out in the spring there might have been time to find someone. Everyone who does any sort of work like that has a huge lead time, so it's too late now to get it done before the ground freezes, and they will charge absurd amounts...

    The dreaded post hole auger

The funny thing was I initially debated attaching the 2 stroke auger to the bucket or making a mount for it. I unfortunately do not have a fork attachment that fits this tractor, which is too bad as making fork compatible attachments is generally easiest. I decided not to pursue it as the...

    The dreaded post hole auger

Ah, so this didn't work. First hole, it didn't want to feed. I brilliantly figured it just needed a little more weight so I put my fabricobbler hat on and modded the thing up right stupid. Basically just some 1" sch 80 that I welded on with a nut in the end and a T bolt to safety it. I...

    The dreaded post hole auger

If I'm trying to put a 36" hole in something then we've got bigger problems than my tractor being too small.

    The dreaded post hole auger

I don't know what you wrote but I just got home from buying the thing. I'll see how well it works tomorrow. Edit, actually I do know what you posted originally. Apparently you don't understand "gallows humour", which is common in countries that have dysfunctional authoritarian governments.

    The dreaded post hole auger

Ah, you're not quite right there. I'm in Canada, so the shoulder replacement would be free. However, they aren't really doing that sort of complicated healthcare anymore, bit of a waiting list and all that, so they would offer me medically assisted suicide instead. They say they haven't had...

    The dreaded post hole auger

Let's clarify that my hands, well, shoulders, are what has failed. The human body is not meant to have that sort of thing happen to it. No real specs given on this. One star reviews are always reassuring. It has a better screw design on the tip of the auger than what I was using. I don't...

    The dreaded post hole auger

I wonder if you really need that much power. The 62cc 2 stroke isn't making anywhere near that, and power isn't the issue. Ripping your arms out of their sockets is.

    The dreaded post hole auger

I'm putting in a fence and currently using a hand held auger with a 62cc 2-stroke. My shoulder has had it. It wasn't too bad until I hit glacial till, and then some stuff with fist sized rocks. The local junk store has a 3 point post hole auger for 777 Canadian Copecs, which is probably about...

1979 B7100 Fuel Injection Pump Rebuild

Does anyone have a link to the full manual that a few pages of are posted in the OP? I looked on Kubotabooks and didn't see anything that should be it.

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

This, they're something to be careful with, I had a nest grow up under my equipment trailer this year. Went to attach it to the truck so I could take it to buy my tractor and got attacked. I used to be allergic but it's not a huge issue anymore, but I'm always scared I will have a reaction...
