    Storing extra parts

Not sure if this is the correct place to post this. I have an extra B7100 back half and front drive unit. Currently, it’s sitting outside, in tact. Silly question, but what is the best way to store it? As is, or strip the parts per part group, lightly oiled and boxed. I would make metal...

The Non-HST. The block is on the right side, next to the bell housing. The hyd pump is behind the injection pump, then the block is behind the hyd pump. Pic attached. Thanks!

    Power steering, B7100d

Is there a hydrostatic steering valve that you recommend? If I understand correctly my hose loop schematic is from the FEL PB port (which currently dumps into the reservoir I think), to the PS valve, to the cylinder, out of the cylinder to the reservoir…am I close?

    Power steering, B7100d

I read several post about adding PS. I have a few questions… What are the viable options for the Hydraulic power source? Can I use the FEL controller power beyond port to power the cylinder? What does the hydraulic plumbing schematic look like? Any input is appreciated.

    Steering column snapped…

I was making a turn with my (manual steering) B7100D while on flat gravel. I heard a snap inside the steering box and a quick tug on the steering wheel. Now it doesn’t steer. What inside the steering box could have failed?

    Drag link repair

My well used B7100D came with a bent drag link. Plus the ends are worn out. Has anyone cut off the tire rods ends and welded on replacements? If so, what did you replace them with?

Kubota B5100 B6100 B7100 Clutch Adjustment Procedure without Special Tool

I know this thread is a few months old. But I want to add the importance of using OEM Kubota clutch parts. I went thru 2 aftermarket pplates before using OEM. The fingers were junk and would not stay in position.

    Fan belt width B7100D, non-HST

My fan belt self destructed while a friend was borrowing my tractor. Anyone know if it is 3/8” or 1/2” wide? I believe it’s 31” long. Thanks in advance!

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

I almost tipped mine over today lifting something up. My rigging didn’t balance the weight. Slowly raised the bucket…instantly stated to roll forward and to the left…my son was amazed at my rare cat-like reflexes. I hit the correct lever and threw it in the correct direction, all within a...

New guy on the block crank no start B7200

My two cents… As Wolfman suggested, do the simple injector pop test. Admittedly, his how-to sounds more difficult than it is. It’s easy and took me less than 30 minutes, costs nothing but your time. I’ve discovered key members here are experts at certain subjects…motor/fuel operations...

New head causing increased exhaust & fuel consumption

My B7100 did the same thing after I reconditioned the 750D engine. I installed the head shim that came with the gasket set. I removed it. Ran great after that.
