I've had lots of inquiries about how to adjust the clutch on a B7100. The manual specifies using a special tool which is not available to adjust the fingers. So with the help of @007kubotaguy we have put together a writeup on how to do it without the special tool. It is posted on my website. Any questions feel free to ask.

I know this thread is a few months old. But I want to add the importance of using OEM Kubota clutch parts. I went thru 2 aftermarket pplates before using OEM. The fingers were junk and would not stay in position.

There was a company in south Alabama that sold aftermarket clutches on ebay ive had great luck with and have recommended to people but i dont see anything listed for them right now. There are some good aftermarket but i agree gotta be careful with them
