i did the same thing cable was good one piece and thought nothing to loose sprayed PB blaster in tach and works fine ...

wolfman thank you, i am quite handy, cut weld and can be creative, can you possibly give some insight as to major issue will be. For mounting all brackets bolt to the tractor have not put deck on to see if centers of brackets are correct. I am more worried about gearbox and rotation?

I have a Kubota mid mount Deck that is front PTO drive ( engine crank ) it came off a B6200, this will not fit my B7100. So need to sell .. Apperantly in storage for last 10 years and had new belt put when stored. I have all mounting brackets for the exception of the rod that goes from 3 point...

sorry hoping some one can help I have a B7100 with a mid mount PTO, but purchased a deck with front mount crank shaft PTO ( from a b6200) . can i just turn the gearbox around 180 deg and adjust pto shaft?
