    Warranty Forgiveness

For something minor like this and the short time since expiration your dealer should go to bat for you with Kubota. Your not asking for an engine rebuild Not everyone uses these everyday and weeks could go by in between. If they didn't make it right for me it would make me seriously consider...

    BX25 Hydraulics not working correctly

I would take out the relief bypass valve and inspect it. Really easy to do...google how to shim the releif valve to increase pressure and you'll see what to take out...Sounds like once it goes into by pass its being held open until all the pressure is relieved.

For my BX25D it was a 1/4-28 tapered on the loader. Thanks

BX25D slow speed and lack of HST power

I tend to think yours is normal. I use mine in Low 90% of the time, i never had an issue where it struggled in low but it is slow, especially in reverse but never felt like it would run out of power. Might try a filter fluid change if you haven't already. JG

    Does Diesel Fuel Un-gel?

Some of the posts on Power service had me double check what i added...dosage varies a bit depending on what size bottle you buy and it doubles below 0 degrees....for their website. 16-OUNCE (PART NO. 1016) At temperatures above 0°F., add entire contents (16 ounces) to 40 gallons of diesel fuel...

Cetane Boost, how much is too much?

I think you'll be fine. I just did the same thing. I had about 3/4 tank treated with power service silver and just added 1 1/2 ounces of Power Service white and topped off the tank.Below is from the power service website- CAN I USE DIESEL FUEL SUPPLEMENT +CETANE BOOST AND DIESEL KLEEN +CETANE...

Kubota stopped moving while I was mowing?

Haha, Been there done that. I rebuilt a perfectly good carb because of those damn switch's!

    Fuel additive

Yep no harm in the PS white all year round. I think most do run the grey in summer and switch to white in the winter though. The grey has more Cetane boosters and detergent then the white which is used mainly for its gel prevention in the cold. Both provide extra lubrication. JG

    BX2370 FEL & Mower Blades

I think what you describe is normal. On mine with the bucket flat and level, curling it down won't lift the tractor. But, if you raise the bucket and curl it down and then lower the bucket it will easily raise the front end off the ground. Give that a try... Thanks JG

    Leaking fuel cans

I feel your pain....only our government can screw up something as simple as a fuel can. Google "gas can spout", you can buy an old school spout and add a vent. Works just like the old cans. JG

    Kubota ZD1211 fuel mix up

I'm not familiar with that machine but i'm sure it has a fuel filter close to the tank, id pull it apart there and drain and flush the tank a bit with diesel. Replace with a new filter and fresh diesel and i think you'd be fine since it wasn't started. Good luck. JG

Location of BX25D block anti freeze drain

Yeah good point you probably got about 70% out...could fill with water run it for a while again and then just add a bit stronger mix.

Location of BX25D block anti freeze drain

I was hoping this would be one place to drain all the fluid because on mine its pretty easy to get at, but on closer look it won't drain the radiater completely so i'm gonna just pull the lower hose and leave this alone. I don't need to do a thorough flush so whats left in the block won't be an...

Location of BX25D block anti freeze drain

Actually looks like this would only drain the radiator down to the level of the water punp inlet on the block. Will still need to pull the radiator hose also.

Location of BX25D block anti freeze drain

I just looked at mine, i can get a short socket with an extension on square, tight up against a steel angle that's bolted to the block. As long as its not really torqued in there should be no problem. The best part is i can do it without removing the engine shroud, the cutout in the bottom looks...

BX25D exhaust pipe - really needed?

Thanks for the tip..i never thought of lifting the hood and shroud off...Dont have to raise or remove the loader then either.

Location of BX25D block anti freeze drain

Did you have any trouble removing it? someone mentioned they couldn't get a socket/swivel on it without fear of stripping it. I haven't looked at mine yet. Thanks JG

New BX23 - how many hours is no longer new?

I' go somewhere else....or at least talk to the dealership owner/manager and let him know how you feel....there's plenty of other dealerships. When i was considering a new one i was underwhelmed by one of my local dealerships also...in the end i would of bought from Messicks or Barlows, each...
