    BX2380 MMM height too low.

Bought mine last year, exact same problem. Knob smashed on the shaft 180 degrees out. New knob and decal (two different part numbers) and reinstall correctly fixed it.

    BX2380 HST oil film

Guys Did the 50 hour HST oil change yesterday, noticed the entire unit was covered with a film of HST oil, any of you guys experienced this? Almost like a breather on the top of the unit is coating it. Normal? Thanks, Pat

    Front Loader Issues

I'd look for a restriction in the oil lines going to the right cylinder or maybe bent cylinder rod?? Also check greasing on pivot points. Hope you find it!

Advice on buying Kubota to replace old Cub Cadet?

Even a stamped deck will last a long time if you clean out the packed grass clippings after each mowing. At the end of the season wire brush deck underside and paint with used motor oil. It'll out last all of us. Pat

    BX23S Being Delivered Today

Check the oil levels, especially the front axle. Many reports of those delivered too low, mine included.

    BX front tires

Guys FYI - Have a BX 2380 with R4 tires. Last week I've aired up the right front twice, flat. Took the wheel off and dropped off to a local tire shop. Picked it up today, guy says this is a known problem and local dealer is bringing them in to have tubes put in before being sold. Back tires...

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

Mowed my and my brothers lawn after a week and a half of rain. You can't plug the mower deck! Grass was a foot tall in places. BX 2380 and 54 inch deck.

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

Put the 54" mower deck on the BX2380 and mowed my lawn and my brother's, a little more than 4 acres total in around 2 hours. Man I love this thing! Pat

Yesterday finally had the courage to take the snowbower off the BX2380. Rolled the lawn. Had a cigar, great day! Pat

Chains in the woods -- yes or no?

This is strictly from a farm tractor perspective, my Dad said chains helped him get stuck better. Only useful on snow and ice. Tifwiw. Pat

First Kubota, first hydraulics and big issue already

My BX2380 was a quart low on the front axle when I got it. It really does pay to look them over closely on delivery. Pat

    BX1880 or BX2380?

Re: BC 1880 or 2380? Jon No worries. Any difference between the 1880 and 2380 can be adjusted by the application of the HST pedal. Since I object to freezing to death i to tend be more aggressive. My choice. Good luck to you and the OP.

    BX1880 or BX2380?

Re: BC 1880 or 2380? Ramos I've pulled it down below 2500 RPM after being set at 3300. Figured it was pretty much at the the end of the rope by then. No offense taken. Never considered the 1880. Pat

    BX1880 or BX2380?

Re: BC 1880 or 2380? I bought a 2380 last year with 54" deck and snow blower, glad I did. When I get into the deep snow I use all 23 HP. Hope you enjoy whatever you get!

    3pt hitch question...

You could just get a linkage drawbar and bolt the box to the holes in the drawbar. Or buy a couple category 1 pins and install them on the top sides of the box if it's built heavily enough to stand the weight. Good luck with your project!

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

Bought my BX2380 new in August. Put just over three hours on it mowing and after this morning fifteen snowblowing. This was the really wet heavy stuff about a foot deep. Never seen such a great blower/tractor combination, my old cub cadet would have been plugged and stuck in this stuff.
