Had all the head gasket symptoms- removed the head and found cracks between 2 valve seats... So I guess it is time for head replacement. Has anyone used any aftermarket suppliers? Thanks!

We have a M6800 that had a coolant leak, and now builds up lots of radiator pressure. Looks like the head needs to come off to check the gasket & head for cracks. Any tips or advice on doing this job? Thanks!

We got the blower motor and Heater core installed- after removing the seat and it's mounting plate we were able to get the lower plastic large housing out- The ac system does not have to be drained. The evap core and it's hoses will lift out of the plastic lower housing. Turned out not to be...

It may be aluminum, I am not sure a radiator shop can handle that.

So how does the blower come out after you can see the plastic impeller(at the top). Does that entire plastic lower housing that holds the heater & evaporator core & blower motor come up & out? Or does it split somewhere? I am assuming that this plastic housing is bolted to the floor.

not a fun job getting to this thing. Also I don't think that the motor shaft is accessible from where I am. The relays are also in a terrible spot, under the seat panel.

I am looking at replacing the blower motor, but it also seems that the heater core is leaking... WOW- have you priced one for this tractor- pn 590-6024. It seems awfully expensive. I wonder if there are any alternatives or a plan B?

I gained access to the blower and wiring- there are 2 large yellow wires- there was power and ground on the wires. I then tapped the fan & it ran, very slowly and quit, while it had power. So tapping the fan made it start working and stopping. That usually means a bad electrical component...

We have a M9540 that the evaporator/heater box is not draining. I have removed a cover/top to clean the evaporator, but I do not get any water drain when washing out the evaporator? How do I locate this drain? Thanks!
