Just a follow up on this. I cleaned out the area under the pulley as good as I could. The leak stopped after a day. I am hoping it was just the water from the leaking pump making its way through the grease and sludge. Ill keep an eye on it.

Where did you get a replacement neck? Mine is busted and it has to be put on a certain way or it will fall off. If your local Kubota place doesn't have your hoses you can get them online at coleman equipment. They are in KS and ship pretty quick down this way.
