I am replacing water pump on B7200, help/tips needed

Hi, I got the new water pump in the mail, I know I should have a service manual but I don't yet.

Please give me any tips I need about this job, like put gasket sealer on one side of gasket, or put gasket on block first...

I changed mine on my L245DT today. The gasket came with the pump. I oiled it up both sides and held it on the pump as I put it on the block. Clean the old gasket off of the block but be careful. Mine was aluminum and it can scratch easy. I am sure there are many folks that know quite a bit more than me about your machine. Good luck.
