Did you happen to have your pto shaft apart? Some, but cerrainly not all, can be put together 90 degrees off, then they’ll really shake and wobble. Its in how the two u-joints align. I have no idea if this is possible on your shaft, but it sure could cause what you are experiencing.

The filter you need to change is the one under the mower and tucked up against the battery box. Its first from the tank and will plug first. The metal can is your fuel pump and upstream from that is the other plastic filter, same as the one down lower.
