If the deck height adjuster is anything like my Z422 check out the 8:30 mark on the video attached where he talks about the deck adjuster issues that can happen and how to prevent them.

I took off my chute and made a chute blocker for it that can be adjusted from full open to full closed great for along driveway and gardens etc.

My B2601 was very hard to turn when new. Did you put your PTO selector lever in Mid PTO only position first as that should make it possible to turn the rear PTO output shaft. After the PTO shaft from the mower has been connected you can return the PTO selector lever to Rear only and away you go.

Yes it is normal , as long as your PTO is not engaged your tractor will stay running. and there is another seat switch to defeat that issue, you can find that in your owners manual

I agree with you. I had gotten one the year after I got my B2601 and it greatly improved the digging ability of the tractor.

No Ticks here as it is snowing right now. But boy I hate ticks (season starting soon unfortunately :mad:)

I just picked up a Durafit one as well from Amazon.ca as well for my B2601. The primary reason for the choice was that the arm rests on the tractor were starting to show a lot of wear. It was about $48 ish with the included arm rest covers. It seems to be a good product and great fit.

Just tried both with and without a VPN hopefully the IT guy can fix it also seems to be an issue on other sites as well

I am in the process of installing the ratcheting lift rod as well on my B2601

I definitely agree with the hydraulic top link it was one of the best up grades I had done when it comes to using the box blade

I got the PFL1242 just after I bought the tractor and have not regretted the decision, also have loaded rear tires but still use ballast when picking up anything heavy, better safe than sorry also keeps the shorts cleaner:D

There is a You tube video done by "My Cluttered Garage" on that very subject with his B2601. As GreensvilleJays picture shows that was his problem.

As per the Kubota Canada website the QH16 is supposed to be CAT 1 and its claim to fame is that the pins are also CAT 1, same idea as the Speeco E Hitch. I wish that they had this model when I bought my QH15 :unsure:

They absolutely do I have 2 inch spacers on my B2601 and it made a huge improvement in side to side stability. More would be better but there are other consideration to take into account such as bucket width, mower deck width, and pulled implement width. Also access considerations in your yard...
