My PTO runs if the range selector is in neutral. A weight on the seat works too.

If you can't track down the connector, maybe you could solder a flat connector on to a wire and cover it with liquid electrical tape. The other end could have a plug/connector of your choosing.

Autozone has lots of power seat and window connectors, but I couldn't tell from the pics what might fit. Maybe find a shop that does that kind of work and see if they know. Take pics from a few different angles and see if Google Lens knows.
