Pros and cons of snow removal options

Hi Everyone, About Snowplowing in Vermont with my B7100HST: I ended up filling the rear tires with WindshieldWasher fluid, and modifying old pickup truck chains for the front wheels. I just have the bucket and was concerned about digging in. I decided to add "snowshoe" skids to the bottom of...

OK figured this out... AFTER I took the seat / frame off -- I was Wrong about the bolt hole depth. I was measuring blind to a step inside the bolt hole. The bottom is actually 45 mm down from the top link bracket. -- I ordered a nice asst. of Metric bolts and nuts etc.. That M12x30mm looked...

    Snow chains…do I need them?

I lived in China for 2 years and fortunately met a young man who was very smart. We were in the big TechCity of Shenzhen but I traveled several times to stay on his Grandparents farm 200 miles inland in PingJiang (County). I was often amazed (really) at the inventiveness in making everyday...

How do I NOT Break This??

THAT'S the kind of thing I was looking for.. ! If we can find the best size for the Tractor Toolbox I'll know where to look for it next time. Anybody have these ? BTW do the bigger Kubotas have a larger similar fuel filter? ToolFreaks Unite!

How do I NOT Break This??

@Dustball : I've found several wrenches like your photo, but their smallest limit is 2-3/8 inches or more. The fuel filter outer ring is about 2-1/8 . Anyone seen a different smaller size? "without squeezing it at only two points." is the main point. Strap wrench meets that I think..

Kubota B7100HST-D adding lower radiator hose engine heater **UPDATE

Yes, and my experience is that the top of the radiator gets to about same temp as the engine head. Colder coolant at the radiator bottom goes back thru the heater and into the block. I think a system with a thermostat in the engine outlet would hold heat in the block better.. The larger...
