    Hydraulic multiplier mounting bracket

I needed a mounting bracket for my cabbed L6060 as attaching my 2x multiplier to the existing remotes resulted in the bracket for the remotes bending due to the weight of the multiplier with hoses attached(easily fixed with an anvil and a sledgehammer). Came up with this design utilizing 3/8 x...

    Thread size bolt holes L6060

Sure, just found my original "back of the envelope" calculations and I got 3.85". I think the take-home message is to do your own measurements and allow for some "wiggle room" by drilling the holes in your bracket a bit larger than the bolt size. Everything seems to work on my build. I'll...

    Thread size bolt holes L6060

Honestly, the part looks exactly the same as on my L6060. Were talking about variances of a few hundredths of an inch. Most likely due to slight variations on how the tractor's mounting plate was applied. When I drilled my plate to attach, I drilled slightly larger holes than 10 mm in order to...

    Thread size bolt holes L6060

My bracket is already on the tractor, but measuring hex bolt center to center is ~3.84". Got similar measurement on a scrap piece(due to a welding screw-up) that fit on the tractor when I did a test connection. It's almost put together. Pic's to follow when setup complete.

    Thread size bolt holes L6060

Thanks for that! I'll give that a go. I'll get some pics up when completed. It's only a 1x2 multiplier, but was heavy enough, with hoses connected, to bend the bracket holding the 2 rear remotes.

    Thread size bolt holes L6060

Anyone have an idea of what size bolt would fit these threaded holes on the right rear support of my cabbed L6060? I'd like to use them for a bracket to mount a hydraulic multiplier.

    Quick Hitch advice please

just curious, aren't you still adjusting the top hook up your QH for each implement? For me, that took just about as much time as hooking up the top link. Certainly, having a hydraulic top link helps make the top link connection quicker. Granted it took less than a minute to make an adjustment...

    Quick Hitch advice please

I started out with Pats which I used without difficulty for a couple of years. One of my hooks malfunctioned this year and decided to try a QH. Worked okay, but I still had to make several adjustments of the top hook for different implements. Also had to reconfigure the lift pins on my sprayer...

I need a good Flail mower. Thoughts???

I have a WoodMaxx FM78H on my L6060. Works great. I have a set of hammers as well as knives. For thick brush, I use hammers and they do a good job. They do fine on pasture grass as well. I find the hydraulic offset helpful getting under tree branches and getting close to embankments. The top...

I believe that is correct. Here are some shots from my L2195A which is probably similar.

    Blood pressure readings.

In general, the higher blood pressure arm is the more accurate blood pressure. Keep in mind that most home blood pressure monitors are made to utilize the left arm. You'll note a little picture on the cuff demonstrating how the cuff should be positioned. On the left arm the tube coming out of...

    Top link extender

I had the same Issue. Here's my go at it. The horizontal pieces are 3/8x 2" flat steel bar. The diagonal pieces are 3/8 x 1.5" steel bar. Nuts and bolts are 1/2 inch. 7/8 drill bit also needed for the hitch pin holes. Put this in roughly 18 months ago seems to be holding up so far. Did a bit of...

    l6060 Removing 3pt bolts.

I as well believe they slide out. To the best of my recollection, at times I need to encourage mine to move with the use of a hammer. I try to remember to lube them well when I put them back in.

I used TireJect on one of my front tires for this issue last year. So far, no leaks.

    GPS Trackers

Air tags may not work where you're storing the tractor, but may well work wherever the stolen tractor is taken to.

Using vacuum to not lose hydrostatic fluid?

Yup, I have a small sized shop-vac (I think from Lowes). The fittings are smaller than full-size shop vacs. I just place the end right on the fill opening, turn on the vac, does the job.
