So far the gauges work good. The plastic is not clear but I still read everything. Did you get into yours to fix the gauges or replace the lens?

So far not so bad. The battery is to big, the fuel pump leaks from the throttle and shut off levers, the transmission is soup from water in it, and tires are kinda dry rotted. It will clean up real nice though. Pictures:

Engineer defect

Blades are right side up correct? Not upside down? Seen it lots of times.

Make sure the injectors line seat and the line/fitting is supper clean. Mine leak some when I got it running but I missed a small area of surface rust that got in between everything. Lots of pressure there and everything must be super clean and zero corrosion. Even a small paint chip in there...

It was on the edge with a Ford bottom plow under some old trees. Pulled (rescued) both for the owner.

Got some more information on it. Finally found the manufacturer sticker. Best guess it's a Covington TP46 single row planter with cultivator.

Not in this area but it was moved years ago from the families farm before the old man got sick.

Not sure what kind of cultivator planter thing I rescued today out of a old pond. What is it? I know it's heavy.

Could even be someone took it apart and didn't align the forks with the lever. I've done that before. Take it apart and see what's going on in there.

My decks are small enough for a hand truck. Makes easy repairs to blades and bearings. Just lay it on top and stand it up.
