My 7 footer hits the tires if I try to pivot while hooked to the tractor. I have to manhandle it around when it's disconnected. If I tried to 90 degree it, the blade would strike the tractor drawbar.

No. I buy the 3% moly stuff from TSC or Blain's Farm and Fleet. It's not expensive and works for everything in my applications from wheel bearings to loader pins.
