Relieving pressure in FEL hoses when disconnected from tractor

One has to be very careful with hydraulic lines and fluid under pressure. As shown in one of previous post the injury shown. Hyd fluid under pressure can piece the skin and go into the blood stream. Best to find out what is causing this and try not to have to push the valve in with hand in line...

Need tractor in NH - B or L?

Seems it is common when trying to purchase tractor what to get. I purchased B2650HSDC . I did not want to spend as much and also wanted bigger tractor which in a way I talked myself into smaller for 4 acres. The Cab is nice and no regrets with this tractor other than thinking should have went...

    New B2650 or 3350?

I just bought a B2650 HSDC and it is very nice. I was really thinking of getting a bigger tractor like the smallest gran but budget was what I was looking at and not sure if needed the larger one. I sure could use the larger one to prep land but after think the 2650 will be fine for my 4 acres...

    Newbie in tractor world

Well, getting lots of use on tractor now. Moved a pile of broken cement from bushes in yard. About 12 or more loader buckets. Had slight mishap. One of the cement pieces rolled off back of loader and damaged light and hood. Will have to build a stop for other loads. If anyone is aware of a back...

Looks like I posted on wrong area of site. I made the plunge and bought the Kubota B2650 HSDC as it has cab and AC. Works great and mowing there was lots of dust and in cab was great. Used the loader and now looking for forks . I have quick attach but Kubota wants $1280 for forks. Tiat is like...

Well all, finally did it. Purchased my first Kubota a B2650HSDC with FEL, MMM, front mount snow blower and sweeper. New to Forum & Kubotas

Yeah all, sort of thought the M6040 was a bit big. Really about 3.5 acres as it is 4 acres with house on it and a little tree bush area. I will also be planting trees so that will take about .3 acre but will need to mow so the zero turn is likely good purchase. I am looking still at the B2650...

Wow, good to see this discussion as am still looking at tractors for me four acres. I am also looking at B2650 which is as small as I think would like to go. I did look at an LS ( sorry folks) as it was 35HP and around same price also brand new. I have now come across an M6040 but that seems...

Ok bought the Gravely 42" and that should be good for mowing and now to get a tractor. Still looking around. I even found a Kubota M6040 but think a bit large for my 4 acres which will be less once I build my shop and add a couple of sheds for gardening and canning. The Kubota M6040 came up when...

    Newbie in tractor world

Well I can get a 1 year old Gravely XL but only 42" cut used only about 6 times they paid 4200 CDN dollars what would be fair for used. I am researching and 42 may be a bit small guess just mow longer. The little MF GC2410 is sort of nice as for winter I do have a plow on a truck. The Kubota...

Triple R thanks for input. The SCUT and CUT is really hard to differentiate at times. Guess that is why the Kubota is over $10 grand Canadian more even though less attachments. The cab is pretty sweet though . Have to pull the trigger soon but $38k is lots for a tractor.

Thank you all for your response. I am looking to also use front end loader so am pricing with loader as this used did not have an FEL. I do have a truck with snow plow so plowing not as much an issue. I did just find a used 250hr MF GC2410 TLB with FEL, front blower, MMM, tiller, dirt blade and...

Looking to purchase tractor for 3+ acres to mow. I have been researching tractors for sometime now and very confusing. I was originally looking at forgive me JD but seem they are overpriced for what you get. I have looked at all others and have found a Kubota B2650 HSDC but seem very expensive...
