M6-141 50 Hr Service....15 GALLONS of Hydraulic oil? Don't Think So!

While I don't own an L, just a tiny BX, here's my statement and question. I thought the idea of the initial 50 hour oil/hydraulic fluid change was to remove any possible particles, metal or otherwise, that may be present after assembly and 50 hours of operation. Heavy particles not caught by...

Hope they don't roll down hill when you take them off! :p Awesome idea, looks easy to hook up too.

    Foundation Drainage Maintenance Question

Exactly! 2025 - 2007 = 18 years. I figure is I take care of it now I won't have to do it again in my life time. LOL Definitely going to take others advice and see if it will "dissolve" with various substances. I definitely don't want to use anything hazardous, honeybees and crops all around...

    Hydraulic top link

Other than engine size the hydraulic system for the BX1880, BX2380, and BX2680 are all the same. I believe the frame of the BX1880 is smaller also so it cannot take a backhoe. That's what the dealer said anyways. Good luck, report back, post pictures.

    BX owners, chime in

Ignoring the MMM since you’re doing excavation type work, let’s start with how much a BX1880 can lift. At the pins the lift capacity is 739 lbs. 20” forward of the pins the lift capacity is 509 lbs. The bucket weights 132 lbs. so the net lift capacity 20” forward of the pins is 509 – 132 = 377...

    Hydraulic top link

I was just showing that a quick Google search yielded results, not that it was a good deal or a quality product. There appears to be options out there to be had.

    Foundation Drainage Maintenance Question

Pretty sure its mostly mineral deposits. We have extremely hard water here. There are under ground springs coming off the hill, the yard doesn't dry out until mid-June most years. the drain will run even in times of little to no rain.

    Foundation Drainage Maintenance Question

My thoughts exactly on the camera. Just figured I'd ask around before calling around. Kinda like if you want the right answer you have to ask the right question. Thanks

    Hydraulic top link

The BX series should all be about the same. This popped up on a simple Google search. Not saying it's any good but it popped up. There's a few youtube vids out there also. https://store.wrlonginc.com/products/hydraulic-top-link-for-kubota-bx1880-bx2380-bx26-ttkubx2680-tl

    Foundation Drainage Maintenance Question

Foundation Drainage Maintenance Question Built a 2-story ranch in 2007. Has 4” drain pipe around the perimeter with capped risers (cleanouts?) to above grade on 3 out of 4 corners. In the west corner 4” solid pipe runs from the footing out 165’ to daylight, so no sump pump is needed...

Where to find a service manual for a B2650

What's the max file size? I tried to open a conversation and attach the WSM pdf for jfcrisn's M6800 and it said the file was too big. 14.8MB. Or am I doing it wrong? Looks like Fedup needs on too.

    Blade lower on one side

The deck is adjustable side to side and front to back, but the blades should all be the same distance relative to the bottom edge of the deck. If one blade is lower than the other two it's either installed wrong or the spindle is not installed right. OP says the spindle housing and spindle are...

A simple attachment for direct burial cable?

As noted above if this is a one time use then a rental is the way to go. The problem I have around here is a lack of rental places less than an hour + drive each way. If you think you may have future uses for a subsoiler Titan Attachments has a fairly good reputation. Their subsoiler is $350...

150ft drive and stump clearing BX23S

NICE JOB! Really gave the BH ripper a workout there. Question: Does the tool box get in the way when you fill the gas tank? I use 5 gallon jugs and could see that being an obstruction.

The QH05 has a fixed - non-adjustable - top hook. The QH16 has an adjustable top hook. If I remember correctly it was recommended to M-Tiger to get the QH16 in another post.
