    PTO shaft U joint greasing

Okay. Does anyone have a link to a grease fitting that will "easily" get into the 1/2 inch of space they leave us to grease the u joints on a PTO shaft? Or any tips on this? I spent about an hour wrestling with one of mine this weekend and ended up with more grease on the zerk than inside the...

    L4400 price vs. MX5100

I think that was a blessing. I purchased a 4WD, L4400HST in June with 580 hours and I can tell you it's a great tractor. I'm not an expert, I have used tractors for years but this was my first purchase. I'd work on that price. I purchased the tractor with FEL, Bush Hog finish mower and Bush...

    Grease zerk fitting getting stuck???

I finally broke down and purchased a 14.1 grease gun to prevent changing the tubes constantly. 319 reviews on Amazon 4.7 stars so I assume folks love it. It pumps great but it keeps getting stuck on the zerk. And I mean stuck! In fact I pulled a zerk off my Jake's lift kit on the cart. Am I...

    Land plane/leveler help

Posted about my driveway earlier this week and after much research (thanks to the great guys on this forum) I decided on land plane instead of box blade for my 200 yard gravel driveway. Now.... Any suggestions on the brand? scarifiers? length? Using a L4400 to attach it to. The EA, ABI...

    Quick Hitch ?

I agree with all of the above. I do have a quick hitch and it works great between my bush hog and finish mower--the two most used implements I own. But it is useless with the PHD. HOWEVER, the time it takes to remove it when it cannot be used is about 30 seconds. So for me it is perfect.

    Box blade help

I need a box blade and want some advice. Main purpose will be maintenance of my rock driveway. My new (to me) driveway is rock and runs about 200 yards. Have a couple of areas that need more rock and want to widen in a couple of spots. Because of the rocks do I need a "heavy duty"? I can't...

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

Built a fence. Used the bucket/chain to pull the 4x4s out and replace with new ones. Pushed them straight back in the same hole with the bucket.

    Fuel Gauge question...again

That's what I originally thought but I removed it completely and it is smooth and without any issues. After I reinstalled it I can push it down gently with a stick and it returns to the top of the fuel.

    Fuel Gauge question...again

Quick update. It turns out that I busted knuckles, contorted my arms and legs trying to reach everything for nothing. The gauge was actually "working". It appears that it must fall below almost 1/2 tank of fuel for the gauge to actually move. Not sure why, but that's how mine works.

    Fuel sending unit ohm info

Thats exactly what I discovered. It turns out it was working properly, but since I would usually just top-it-off it stayed on full. I decided to run it for a while before filling and sure enough, it started going down.
