    Grand L 3130 hydro filters??

I have a 2006 ( at least that’s when I bought it from the dealer) L3830. There was never any confusion when I got a hydraulic or hydro filter for it. Seems strange Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    New member with ZD21

I had a ZD21 from 2003 when I bought it new until 2011 when I traded for a ZD326. The 21 was a great machine and I had no issues in 500 hours of operation. Definitely use Super UDT+ in it. Also there is a suction screen on the bottom you need to pull and clean. It only uses one spin on pressure...

    Z326S Oil Pan

I have a ZD326 and while I wouldn’t want to have to pull the engine it appears to be fairly straightforward. Undo the flange that drives the hydro in front of the radiator, radiator hoses, electrical connectors and fuel line to pump. Motor mount bolts and with the hood off and a cherry picker I...

Grease - Lucas, X-TRA or Red "N" Tacky

I use Red n tacky myself. I think it’s good, maybe not the best but easily available. I think the most important thing is to just grease it. Not get hung up on specs Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Zd21 mower shut off and now no start no crank

Bumps indicate a seat switch going bad. My ZD326 had a bad seat switch. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Zd21 mower shut off and now no start no crank

I had a ZD21 that went dead on me and I found a main power wire loose in the wiring harness plug on the back of the ignition switch. It was a heavy gauge wire that had pulled back in the plug so it’s connector terminal wasn’t making contact. It’s been a few years ago, I have a ZD326 now. I would...

Diesel smoke puffs upon acceleration L4310

I bought a F250 in August of 1994. It has the very first 1994.5 direct injected Powerstroke diesel. It has a 5 speed with 4:10 rear axle ratio. It pulls anything I need pulled. Still have it and had 165K miles on it Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Diesel smoke puffs upon acceleration L4310

I agree, if you want to add an additive to your fuel an Algaecide might be the best. Biodiesel that sits in the tank of an occasional use piece of equipment and hot weather are perfect conditions for problems. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Diesel smoke puffs upon acceleration L4310

I don't think you have much to worry about. If the air filter is truly clean it might be something internal to the injection pump that has changed slightly. Are the locking tie wires still in place on the pump? Maybe someone will respond that knows more than me. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

    Welding my BX24, what precautions?

Your not paranoid, your just thinking. Just don't overthink everything. Your not a engineer are you? That would explain it Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

    Welding my BX24, what precautions?

I would do as you say, disconnect the battery and in addition place your ground as close to your work as possible on clean steel Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I drug my 1966 Lincoln SA200 welder out to do a small job then cleaned the winter dust off before I put her away again Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

I put bags of red mulch on the 4 wheel trailer I built from an undercarriage for a 1938 Westinghouse engine drive welder. Got it hooked to my RTV 1120 for the wife to pull around the yard Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

RTV900 2007 braking without brake pedal

No. The coast valve in the transmission still controls that. They have improved the harsh and abrupt stop from the original RTVs. Perhaps that unit needs to be adjusted. I think after you get used to it you will be fine. The upside to this feature is you will never wear the brake linings out...

RTV900 2007 braking without brake pedal

On my RTV 1120. I installed a hand throttle. You can set the engine speed independently and the pedal in the floor does the ground speed. Just like my HST tractor Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

RTV900 2007 braking without brake pedal

It’s a hydro transmission, nothing wrong with it. The throttle pedal controls the engine and the hydro pump. There is a little learning curve to these. Just like a hydro tractor except the throttle control is separate Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
