Hydraulic side link for BX series tractors

The top clevis angles are only 1* different, so no big deal as you have mentioned. the lower clevis angles are 3* different. If that is enough to make a difference long term, I won't say for sure. The ideal measurement with the rod extended 2" is to have a pin-pin distance of 13 1/4". this...

I could really use this Buhler/Farm King 8ft hydraulic angle rear blade.

Exacly, one-sided offset works fine for your set of circumstances.

Hydraulic side link for BX series tractors

There is no 26 series, there is a 2610 model. There are the B series and B01, then the LX 10 series (same as the B series as far as the 3pt) and the LX20 series and it definitely is not from the LX20 series.

I could really use this Buhler/Farm King 8ft hydraulic angle rear blade.

What if your road only has a ditch on one side? Then you are driving all the way back to where you started instead of just turning around and going back in the opposite direction. If it's a short distance, no big deal. If it's a mile, it is a big deal. It's one of those times the need may not...

I could really use this Buhler/Farm King 8ft hydraulic angle rear blade.

In 17 years of use, not a single time have I ever needed to tilt my rear blade more than what my hydraulic side link provides. I would keep the tilt cylinder on the tractor and forget about the tilt on the rear blade. But that's just me. Nothing wrong with expermenting with these different...

I could really use this Buhler/Farm King 8ft hydraulic angle rear blade.

Unless your Kubotas are different than every other Kubota, I think that you should probably reconsider taking off the hyd top link at least. When you have the rear blade on, the actual blade itself is is not going to be very far off the ground. Typically around 12". You can make use...

I could really use this Buhler/Farm King 8ft hydraulic angle rear blade.

I may very well be wrong, But It sure looks to me that the offset cylinder is not fully extended when the boom is parallel to the tractor. Meaning that it does adjust to the left and right. If not simply make a new mount for the onside so that the one hydraulic adjusts to the left and right...

Hydraulic side link for BX series tractors

Please post some pictures of it installed on the tractor. Curious as to how well the different angles for a B series work out on a BX. I know that the OEM CL pin-pin distance is 3" different . If you can get a 4" stroke unit to work for you, then that's great for you.

Hydraulic side link for BX series tractors

I would take a really good look at this before you purchase it and start altering things. With the side link with a 4" stroke, I sure don't see how the 3pt is going to have much lift height. If you are only on flat ground, that is probably fine, but if you have hills-bumps or load onto a...

    mx5400 vs m5660

Ask the dealer, I don't see any specs for them, but I know that I have seen R4s on these tractors at the dealer.

You do not have to have Ag tires on the M series.

Hydraulic side link for BX series tractors

When I said a foot, those hoses are 1 foot too long for the OEM coupler location as well as being the wrong couplers for the OEM rear remotes. ( The previous info is for others) But since you do not have the OEM remotes, they may very well be exactly what you need at 36". I have no idea. As far...

What's the right implement for the L2501 for driveway resurfacing/grading?

Just so that you know, the cylinders people typically install on a 3pt hitch are top & tilt cylinders. They provide hydraulic adjustment for the top & side links. They are not designed to provide any downward pressure. Regarding any implement that you purchase for grading purposes, try to get...

Hydraulic side link for BX series tractors

A couple of things to know about that unit. It is designed to be fully retracted to have the implement level, so you will get no downward tilt to the left side. Pretty hard to make a unit that short and provide an equal amount of tilt to both sides and still have some lift capability. Purchase...

    Hydraulic top link help needed

Just to be clear, you DO NOT need the check valves to hold the cylinder in place when the couplers are disconnected. When the couplers are disconnected, the top links will hold their adjustment as they currently are, NO DPOCVs are required for the cylinders to be locked in place while the...

    Hydraulic top link help needed

Exactly, there is no reason to remove the hydraulic top link for the manual link. Set the top link adjustment fully retracted and disconnect the couplers. The hydraulic top link will stay exactly as adjusted when the couplers are disconnected. Just fasten the hose ends up out of the way with a...

Dan, are you sure #8 ports? I have never seen #8 ports on a 2" cylinder, typically #6.

    Hydraulic top link help needed

You do not need a check valve for the top link to stay in position when uncoupled. Simply disconnect the couplers, and the cylinder should be rock solid. It is best to disconnect with the implement on the ground to avoid undue pressure on the couplers. Tie the hose ends up out of the way, and...

    Hydraulic top link help needed

Pretty much why the manufacturers of the links that provide the check valves, only provide DPOCVs on them. Fit Rite provides them with DPOCVs or none as well as other options.

What type-size ports do you have on your top link? I would think that you would want something similar to what is pictured.
