    Who did I piss off??????

Pretty much the same here for my 455. It’s when you use it for a while and let it cool down a bit and try and restart it is when it gets temperamental. I’ve learned to let it idle for a minute before working the throttle is the trick. If you use the choke it will flood.

    Who did I piss off??????

Chainsaws are the most temperamental things this side of …umm…well…I better not go there! Sounds like you’re looking in the right place for the fix. Good luck skeets!

OK..... Who the heck is responsible for this 3D printer craze??????

Stumbled on an ad for a 3d metal printer and got really excited. Said to myself if this thing is under 10k I’m in. Took some searching but it was 260k. Cold water on that one.

Did you go with the Atom3d software? Their licensing programs have a couple of options. Which one did you go with?

OK..... Who the heck is responsible for this 3D printer craze??????

First time was five years ago and went to SD with an AR 15 with 75gr green tip. Ammo was scarce at the time and I didn’t know what I was doing. It was fun and I got hooked but that combo was only a 200 yard set up. Then I got serious and bought a used Rem 700 and accurized the action and...

OK..... Who the heck is responsible for this 3D printer craze??????

Don’t be surprised if your accuracy starts going away. What you are using is exactly what the sweet spot is for my custom 22-250. Test it at the range first.😉 But I do understand the splat factor! Us varmint hunters are a bit deranged.

    A lot of opinionated people

Subject of tornadoes came up one day and someone asked if anybody had ever seen a silo or water tower taken down by one. Nobody in the group could come up with anything. I remember an F5 destroying a town in southern Wisconsin back in the eighties (Barneveld) and the only thing left standing was...

    Dump trailer questions

You want the bed to be as slippery as possible. The bed liner I’m picturing in my head may cause issues when dumping sand or brush because of the texture. I have gotten way more use out of my dump trailer than I imagined when I bought it. Good luck to you and I think you have a good plan for it.

    Bad Welds?

Those are classic stress riser cracks. Mig welding is notorious for causing these and it is usually caused by using a too small of a filler wire. I don’t think that’s the case here. I suspect the quality of the tube steel is the issue. Steel is made with tolerances for amounts of carbon and...

What is this piece of metal in my hydraulic filter?

You are totally right! I stand corrected.

What is this piece of metal in my hydraulic filter?

In most systems I am familiar with, the pump picks up the oil from a screened sump. Oil then goes to the filter before being distributed to the motor, cylinders etc. The tooth breaks off and gets sent directly to the filter. If my theory is correct, that tooth will be on the exit side of the...

What is this piece of metal in my hydraulic filter?

My guess is it’s from the pump. Might want to check the oil pressure with a gauge.

That’s been a common trick with motels for awhile now. Did the same thing your wife did several years ago. Learned my lesson the hard way!

    Farmall H restoration

Just eyeballing it as I went along, I managed to get it right on the first try. Figured I deserved a day like that! Also found a stainless ball knob in my collection that made for a nice touch on the end. And with that, this project has come to its conclusion. One of the most fun projects I have...
