Somewhat related question. Do loaders have a WSM?

If I place an order at a dealer does he add his freight "in" to the whole goods price? If so, what part of the country do they get their stock from? I'm trying to figure total cost for some heavy pieces comparing dealers, i.e. would I wind up paying shipping "in" to them and "out" to me?

I'm looking to purchase a loader and do some fab work to adapt it to my B model. The salesman said he couldn't tell me the difference between the two. I found the LA 434 Operator's manual, but not the LA 435. Does anyone know what the differences are?

I am inspecting the oil pump on a D1105. The WSM does not list a specific torque for the pump cover screws, yet the inspection procedure entails checking the cover clearance with plasti-gauge, (1-3 thousands), so it may be important. Does anyone have any input if the torque is other than...
