Dieselbob - only the first three posts were up when I asked my question- the rest of the photos were great and show tilt and tractor. What is your towing capacity on the S10?

I know this is an older post but I want to say "Thank you!" To Dunk for finding the Kenda 378 and to Hodge for repeatedly posting how well they work. I finally got a pair myself and agree they are a great upgrade from trailer tires! I switched from turf to Solideal "traction masters" on the rear.

I think you get about 30 decibels reduction with foam earplugs. It may be hard to achieve that with modifications to your tractor. I think just the diesel motor is loud never mind the hst. Then again - maybe I need to adjust my valves!

85hokie - thank you for answering my question about the cardan shaft. I learn something on this forum everyday! It still seems the seller's story is off - I'd want to see how the tractor performs with the driveshaft in place. A B7100 is worth repairing but better to know the status before you buy.

Re: Kubota 7100 hst trubble. Will one of you smart fellers tell me -What is a "cardan shaft"? Is it the driveshaft to the front axle? I also have a B7100hst. The hst does whine a little ( lowder in hi range than low) but I think that is normal. My second question for the potential buyer is why...

Hi RCW - When you say you are "regrading" the slope, do you plan to terrace it or just smooth it out?
